Vitamin B1 & B2 — Immediate U.S. Availability

Already-landed commercial inventory removes the need to begin a new ocean-freight and customs cycle for this stock.

Documented Quality. Independent QC. Traceable Lots. Immediate U.S. Availability.

Available inventory is a defined position

Immediate U.S. availability refers to the documented material currently warehoused in South Carolina: 1,500 kg of Vitamin B1 as thiamine mononitrate and 1,500 kg of Vitamin B2 as riboflavin. This is a specific commercial inventory position, not a statement that every B-vitamin form or quantity is held in stock. All availability is subject to prior sale and final purchase terms. Before using the position in a production plan, confirm the remaining quantity and proposed lot allocation with Duke. A website inventory summary provides a starting point for procurement, but a quote and agreed shipment plan are needed to establish the actual supply commitment.

Separate warehouse readiness from QA readiness

Material can be physically ready for domestic shipment while still awaiting a buyer's technical approval. Procurement should run the COA request and logistics discussion in parallel, without allowing urgency to bypass QA or regulatory review. Identify which source documents, samples or supplier records are needed and who can approve them internally. A defined review schedule is more useful than assuming that in-stock material can immediately enter production. If approval covers only one B2 lot, the commercial allocation should reflect that decision. Warehouse availability reduces one supply-chain dependency; it does not remove the buyer's own acceptance procedures.

Plan the shipment around real receiving requirements

The published packaging is 20 kg fiber drums, palletized. Domestic LTL or FTL freight can be discussed against the buyer's preference, destination and order size. Include your receiving address, required-by date, dock constraints and any delivery appointment requirements in the quote request. Ask for the proposed dispatch timing and freight arrangement rather than assuming a universal transit time. Domestic movement avoids a new overseas transport cycle for this inventory, but the final arrival date still depends on release, booking, carrier transit and receiving availability. No fixed delivery promise is created by the phrase immediate availability.

Connect urgent requirements to the right lots

B1 is documented as batch Y02202501042, while B2 is split between lot 2025052801 at 1,000 kg and lot 2025052901 at 500 kg. These distinctions matter when a production run needs a single approved lot or when an order will draw from multiple records. Give procurement and QA the same product, quantity and lot references before issuing a purchase order. Review the manufacture and expiry dates against anticipated consumption, especially when the purchase is intended as safety stock. A large available quantity is not automatically the correct purchase quantity if approval timing or usage planning would leave stock beyond the buyer's acceptable remaining shelf life.

Request a commercial answer, not a general stock check

An actionable inquiry states the product, kilograms, ship-to location, required-by date and technical approval status. Mention whether your requirement is an urgent production run, a planned replenishment or a bridge while another supply arrives. Request the relevant COA package and a commercial quote so the documentation and freight conversation refer to the same material. Duke can discuss the current position and terms; the public page does not publish a price or accept payment. U.S. warehousing describes where the inventory is held, not its manufacturing origin. The strongest purchasing case combines documented quality, traceable allocation and an agreed domestic delivery plan.

Build a realistic critical-path schedule

For an urgent requirement, work backward from the date material must be accepted at your facility, not just the desired carrier arrival. Identify the time needed for document review, supplier onboarding, any sample evaluation, purchase approval, freight booking and receiving inspection. The order can only support production after the buyer's release conditions are satisfied. Share those milestones in the inquiry so the supply discussion reflects your actual constraint. Immediate U.S. availability means the inventory is already domestic; it does not eliminate commercial processing, carrier scheduling or internal receiving steps. A realistic schedule makes the warehouse advantage more useful without overstating what it guarantees.

For a planned replenishment, consider how much stock can be qualified and consumed within the documented shelf life. A larger order may simplify procurement, but it should be evaluated against usage, lot restrictions and storage requirements. If your need is a short bridge between production runs or supplier deliveries, state that context and request terms for the actual kilograms required. Confirm availability again before purchase because the position is subject to prior sale. Use the final quote to document product, allocation, quantity and freight expectations, while the technical approval record documents suitability. Both records are needed to turn an in-stock search into a workable purchasing plan.

Buyer QA and document release

Full-resolution manufacturer COAs and independent Sigma reports are released to qualified commercial buyers rather than published as unrestricted downloads. The public summaries are intended for initial diligence. Provide your company, intended application, product and kilogram requirement when requesting the source package. Identify the proposed batch or lots and any specification questions so that the review addresses the actual material under consideration. An NDA may be required for supporting documents.

Final suitability is subject to the buyer’s QA, regulatory review and supplier approval. No claim beyond the source documentation is made or implied. A request for information, a sample or a quote does not reserve inventory. Availability and shipment terms must be confirmed before purchase.
