Documentation & QA

Riboflavin COAs by Lot

Two lots require two traceable quality records. Select the B2 documentation that corresponds to your proposed purchase.

Documented Quality. Independent QC. Traceable Lots. Immediate U.S. Availability.

Ask for the lot, not just the product name

The Riboflavin position consists of two lots, so a request for a generic Vitamin B2 COA can leave an important procurement question unresolved. Identify lot 2025052801, lot 2025052901 or both in your inquiry. Both lots are from Ruzhou Kunhe Biotechnology Co., Ltd., but their reported results, quantities and dates are distinct. The 1,000 kg lot and the 500 kg lot should not share a single blended quality record. If purchasing asks for the full 1,500 kg position, QA should receive both manufacturer certificates and the corresponding independent reports before assessing the proposed supply.

Review the 1,000 kg lot on its own evidence

Lot 2025052801 has a published manufacturer assay of 99.3% and independent Sigma assay of 98.88%. Its manufacture date is May 30, 2025, and expiry date is May 29, 2028. Those results should be entered separately in a qualification comparison, with their sources identified. Request the complete reports to review analytical methods and the basis of the results. Do not describe this lot using the 99.65% independent result from the other lot. Any acceptance decision should use the applicable specification and the full documentation, not an informal comparison between two assay percentages on a web page.

Review the 500 kg lot without filling gaps

Lot 2025052901 carries a published independent Sigma assay of 99.65%, manufacture date of May 31, 2025, and expiry date of May 30, 2028. The manufacturer assay is available for review on the source COA rather than as a numeric value in the public inventory summary. This is a document-review item, not permission to infer a matching manufacturer result. Ask for the complete certificate, identity and specification details, and any other tests your QA procedure requires. A higher independent assay does not establish suitability for every application or eliminate the need for a full lot-specific assessment.

Align document control with shipment planning

A commercial quote should identify which B2 lot or lots are proposed and the quantity assigned to each. Check that those identifiers remain consistent through technical review, purchase order, shipment records and receiving inspection. The inventory is warehoused in South Carolina in palletized 20 kg fiber drums, with availability subject to prior sale. Request the storage and handling instructions relevant to your receiving operation. If QA approval covers only one lot, make that restriction explicit before accepting supply from the other. Keep the original reports attached to the lot record rather than replacing them with a combined spreadsheet summary.

Make the controlled release useful

Qualified buyers can request the full-resolution B2 manufacturer COAs and independent Sigma QC package through the COA inquiry form. Include your company, intended application, quantity, destination and timeline, and state which lot is under review. If your supplier-approval process requires an NDA, a sample or additional supporting records, flag that requirement early. Public summaries allow an initial assessment; the controlled package supports deeper diligence. Request a commercial quote only with a clear understanding of the material your team is evaluating. Final suitability remains a buyer QA and regulatory decision, and access to a certificate should not be treated as automatic qualification or a reservation of stock.

Avoid accidental consolidation of lot records

When a buyer requests both B2 lots, establish two entries in the review file before collecting results. Use the lot number as the primary link between quantity, dates, manufacturer certificate and independent assay. This makes it easier to see which evidence is available for each lot and avoids assigning a result from the 500 kg lot to the 1,000 kg lot. A combined commercial quote can still be appropriate, but its allocation should remain clear. If a shipment plan changes after document review, confirm whether the approved records still cover the revised allocation and whether any additional technical review is needed.

Receiving and production teams also benefit from keeping the lot distinction visible. Give them the identifiers and any approved-use conditions established by QA, rather than only a total quantity of riboflavin. If sampling or additional testing is required, state whether it applies to each lot under review. The public page does not establish that a sample from one lot qualifies the other. Document release is intended to support the buyer's defined diligence process, and the source records should remain accessible within that process after a purchase decision. Ask specific questions while the order is being planned so that unresolved documentation issues do not emerge only when material arrives.

Buyer QA and document release

Full-resolution manufacturer COAs and independent Sigma reports are released to qualified commercial buyers rather than published as unrestricted downloads. The public summaries are intended for initial diligence. Provide your company, intended application, product and kilogram requirement when requesting the source package. Identify the proposed batch or lots and any specification questions so that the review addresses the actual material under consideration. An NDA may be required for supporting documents.

Final suitability is subject to the buyer’s QA, regulatory review and supplier approval. No claim beyond the source documentation is made or implied. A request for information, a sample or a quote does not reserve inventory. Availability and shipment terms must be confirmed before purchase.
